Job Description

Need to report on office hours 8:30 AM (Monday to Friday 8:30 AM, Saturday 9:00 AM).
In case of leave or late coming, need to inform the RO in prior with valid reasons.
Need to arrange everything for the daily activities with the other team members.
Need to submit all the reports of market activities, market study, etc., as informed by RO on a daily basis.
Need to arrange everything as per the plan for workshop & field service activities like service camps, technician training, job card making, mapping (MFS, 2S, 3S, Boda Boda park, fleet owners, etc.) as informed by the RO.
Need to propose for the suitable channel network development.
Need to do the product feedback, product complaint analysis, early failure reports, market analysis, etc.
Need to provide awareness to customers on service-related activities.
Need to achieve the targets which were given by the RO.
Need to collect spare parts and engine oil orders from networks, as well as meet monthly targets.
Need to ensure the technicians' performance, guide them, and report their performance.
Need to be able to work anywhere in pan Tanzania as informed by the RO.
Need to clear the payments (if any) with accounts before 4:30 PM (Saturday 1:00 PM) on an everyday basis.
Monitor service-on-wheels technicians – ensure the adherence to their SOP.
Quick resolution on customer concerns after discussion with the RO.
In the absence of the reporting officer, need to send the reports to the reporting officer via digital media, and the same hardcopy needs to be submitted to RO when he is available on the next working day.
Should have a valid driving license.
Need to do the FCR entry every day (total count – as per the target given by the RO).
Need to maintain the allotted belongings properly; if any damage occurs, they need to bear the expenses.
In case of misbehaving or wrong attitude with the colleagues being reported, it will lead to strong action from the management side.
Need to assist on other work-related tasks as and when required & informed by RO.
