Your profile will then be reviewed by the Team, and within 48 hours it will be activated. If 48 hours have lapsed, and your profile is still not active, please Contact Us, so that our team can work on it.

Yes, it is possible. Select “Hide my Profile” on your profile dashboard and your details will not be visible to employers.

First, make sure you have entered a valid email address. Then check your Spam or Junk folders. You may also click the button to RESEND the email and check again. If you still have not seen the verification email, please use the Contact Us form for our team to assist you.

Phone number OTP verification is active for Tanzanian numbers only. While signing up, ensure that you have entered your phone number in the correct format (without country code and leading zero). If a wrong phone number was entered, login to your account, and when asked to confirm your phone number, enter the correct one this time, and click on the resend button. If you still have not received your OTP, please contact us on +255 763 51 56 57, during office hours, and we will assist you to get your number verified.

Yes. Please make sure you have updated your profile completely. You may mark specific jobs as FAVOURITE. You may also FOLLOW specific companies if you wish to receive notifications of their future vacancies.
