Job Description

Arrange everything required for daily activities in coordination with other team members.
Submit all reports on market activities, market studies, etc., as instructed by the RO on a daily basis.
Arrange everything as per the plan for workshop and field service activities, including service camps, technician training, job card preparation, and mapping (MFS, 2S, 3S, boda boda parks, fleet owners, etc.), as informed by the RO.
Propose suitable channel network development.
Conduct product feedback, product complaint analysis, early failure reports, market analysis, etc.
Provide customer awareness on service-related activities.
Achieve the targets set by the RO.
Collect spare parts and engine oil orders from networks and meet monthly targets.
Ensure technicians' performance, guide them, and report on their performance.
Be willing to work anywhere in Tanzania as informed by the RO.
Clear any payments (if applicable) with accounts before 4:30 PM (1:00 PM on Saturdays) on a daily basis.
Monitor service-on-wheels technicians to ensure adherence to their SOPs.
Provide quick resolution to customer concerns after discussing with the RO.
In the absence of the Reporting Officer, send reports to the RO via digital media and submit a hard copy to the RO on the next working day when available.
A valid driving license is required.
Enter the FCR data daily (total count as per the target set by the RO).
