Job Description

  • Office hours are from 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM on Saturday.
  • In case of leave or late arrival, prior intimation must be given to the Reporting Officer (RO) with valid reasons.
  • Must coordinate with team members to arrange everything required for daily activities.
  • Required to submit daily reports related to market activities, market study, etc., as instructed by the RO.
  • Must arrange and execute all tasks as per the plan for workshops and field service activities (e.g., service camps, technician training, job card preparation, mapping of MFS, 2S, 3S outlets, Boda Boda parks, fleet owners, etc.) as directed by the RO.
  • Must propose suitable plans for channel network development.
  • Responsible for gathering product feedback, complaint analysis, early failure reports, and market analysis.
  • Must create awareness among customers regarding service-related activities.
  • Expected to achieve the targets set by the RO.
  • Must collect orders for spare parts and engine oil from the network and ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Required to monitor technicians’ performance, provide guidance, and submit performance reports.
  • Should be ready to work anywhere in Tanzania as assigned by the RO.
  • Must clear any pending payments with the Accounts Department before 4:30 PM (Saturday by 1:00 PM) on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for monitoring 'Service on Wheels' technicians and ensuring adherence to their SOPs.
  • Must resolve customer concerns promptly after discussing with the RO.
  • In the absence of the RO, reports must be sent via digital media, and hard copies should be submitted when the RO is available on the next working day.
  • Should possess a valid driving license.
  • Daily FCR (Field Call Report) entries must be made, as per the target assigned by the RO.
  • Must maintain all assigned belongings properly. Any damage caused must be compensated by the individual.
  • Any misbehavior or inappropriate attitude towards colleagues will lead to strict action by management.
  • Expected to assist in other work-related tasks as and when required by the RO.
