Job Description

Prepare daily reports (Field Complaints Report, Field Failure Report, Daily Workshop Inflow Report).
Raise customer awareness about periodic and major services.
Spread awareness about the benefits of using genuine spare parts in vehicles.
Provide technical inputs to customers.
Perform daily service reports within the given timeline.
Ensure the quality of work done on all repairs.
Promote spare part sales as per management guidelines.
Provide key technical support in vehicle service camps and health checkups.
Be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the shop floor area.
