Job Description

Conduct daily route visits to sell and deliver company products (e.g., detergents, soaps, and other FMCG items).
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure adequate market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
Identify new customers and expand sales within the assigned territory.
Accurately record all sales transactions and submit daily sales and collection reports.
Collect cash or cheque payments from customers and deposit them in accordance with company policy.
Monitor market stock levels and report competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Handle the delivery vehicle or motorcycle responsibly and ensure proper stock handling.
Support promotional campaigns and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
