Job Description

Perform daily routine periodic maintenance, including minor and major services for 2W and 3W vehicles.
Educate customers about the importance of periodic and major services.
Create awareness about the benefits of using genuine spare parts in vehicles.
Provide technical inputs to the service advisor and customers.
Complete daily service activities within the given timeline.
Ensure the quality of all repair work performed.
Promote spare parts sales as per management guidelines.
Attend to breakdowns outside the workshop and provide immediate support to customers.
Provide key technical support during vehicle service camps and health check-up events.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the shop floor area.
Hold a valid 2W/3W driving license to attend field complaints (breakdowns) and provide resolutions.
