Job Description

Perform daily routine periodic services and both minor and major service activities for 2WH and 3WH vehicles.
Educate customers about the importance of periodic and major services.
Create awareness about the benefits of using genuine spare parts.
Provide technical guidance to the service advisor and customers.
Carry out daily service activities within the given timelines.
Ensure the quality of all repair work performed.
Promote spare parts sales as per management guidelines.
Attend to outside breakdowns and provide immediate support to customers.
Offer technical support during vehicle service camps and health check-up camps.
Maintain cleanliness in the shop floor area.
Hold a valid 2WH/3WH driving license to attend field complaints and provide resolutions.
