Job Description

Install GPS tracking devices, sensors, immobilizers, and telematics equipment in 2W and 3W vehicles.
Perform electrical wiring, connection, and integration with vehicle battery and ignition systems.
Test installed GPS devices to ensure real-time location tracking, signal strength, and system functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, wiring, SIM/network, and software-related issues.
Repair or replace defective GPS devices, cables, and accessories.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
Configure GPS devices, SIM cards, and backend software/platform settings.
Maintain installation and service records, including job completion reports.
Coordinate with operations, customer support, and fleet teams for service scheduling.
Provide technical support and user guidance to drivers/customers.
Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
Monitor inventory of tools, devices, and spare parts.
