Job Description

Installation of GPS and troubleshooting in 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Perform normal electrical repairs.
Carry out daily routine periodic minor service activities for 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Create customer awareness about periodic and major services.
Spread awareness about the benefits of using genuine spare parts in vehicles.
Offer technical inputs to service advisors and customers.
Perform daily service activities within the given timeline.
Ensure the quality of work for all repairs.
Promote spare parts sales as per management guidelines.
Attend to outside breakdowns and provide instant support to customers.
Provide key technical support during vehicle service camps and health checkups.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor area.
Must have a valid 2-wheeler/3-wheeler driving license to attend field complaints (breakdowns) and provide resolutions.
