Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely and precise payments to consultants and vendors.
Post accounts payable (A/P) invoices, fixed assets, financial transactions, and payment runs in a timely manner.
Regularly reconcile inter-company accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances to ensure accuracy.
Perform routine accounting tasks to support daily financial operations.
Reconcile bank accounts regularly with company records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor the aging of accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) to ensure timely payments and collections.
Collaborate effectively with superiors and subordinates to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks in line with company policies and guidelines.
Train subordinates and new recruits on accounting practices, company policies, and system usage.
Verify and reconcile Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) receipts with sales data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Record bank payments and receipts promptly in the accounting system.
Calculate and verify weekly and monthly casual labor payments, ensuring accuracy by comparing them with actual invoices.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
