Job Description

Inspect CKD or SKD materials before placing them on the assembly line and ensure inspection for any damage or missing major components.

• Share the workers' attendance report every morning in the WhatsApp group and post the daily production report every evening. Maintain monthly attendance and production reports.
• During assembly, if any assembler finds a damaged or missing spare part, immediately check the box and report it to the reporting officer. Follow the company SOP.
• Prepare a proper monthly report of missing and damaged parts as per company policy and report it to the reporting officer.
• Ensure all vehicles are assembled according to company SOP. No assembly errors should occur. Follow instructions from the reporting officer as needed.
• If any missing or damaged spare part is found during PDI after assembly, the assembly supervisor and assembler will be held responsible.
• Keep the assembly plant clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain and be accountable for all assigned tools and manuals. Return them to their proper place in the same condition after use.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely and keep them in good condition, such as pneumatic tools, compressors, compressor lines, etc.
• Report any safety issues immediately to the plant manager.
• Prepare assembly error reports to help improve assembler skills and minimize errors. Ensure the delivery of quality-assembled products.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for assembly workers. Maintain proper assembly records as per company SOP and report to the reporting officer.
• Ensure all logbooks are maintained in accordance with SOP.
• Prepare monthly model-wise assembly reports and report to the reporting officer.
• Clean all CKD and SKD parts during assembly as per the established cleaning procedure.
• Ensure all assemblers on the assembly line are equipped with proper safety gear.
• Ensure all assemblers complete their work on time as per company SOP. No incomplete units should remain pending for assembly.
• After assembly, ensure that the engine and chassis numbers match the assembly sheet. If any errors are found, correct them immediately and report them with an error report to the reporting officer.
• Take the daily assembly plan from the reporting officer and share your ideas or suggestions to improve production quality.
• Check all assemblers' and PDI technicians’ tools monthly and report to the reporting officer.
• Before leaving the assembly area, ensure all equipment is in its proper place and all electrical equipment is switched off.
