Job Description

  • Install and assemble motorcycle or Bajaj accessories according to established procedures.
  • Before assembly, the worker must inspect the equipment to ensure it is in good condition.
  • If any defect, malfunction, or damaged part is found, the employee must immediately notify their supervisor.
  • The employee is responsible for inspecting the motorcycle or Bajaj before handing it over for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
  • The employee must ensure their work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
  • The technician must open the CKD box under the supervision of the work leader (PDI in-charge). If this is not done, the technician must cover any costs resulting from part damage.
  • The technician must verify that all required equipment is present in the CKD/SKD when opening.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and of good quality, and report any issues to the task manager.
  • Ensure all logbooks are properly maintained according to the work order, and apply battery stickers (PDI stickers) as per office procedure.
  • Clean all CKD parts during assembly following established hygiene procedures.
  • Perform assembly, repair, inspection, reassembly, and equipment replacement for motorcycles or Bajaj as required.
  • Exercise care during maintenance to prevent new damage or incomplete repair.
  • Secure or fasten the motorcycle or Bajaj properly to ensure top quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
