Job Description

 

  • Install and connect motorcycle equipment in accordance with prescribed procedures.
  • Before assembling equipment, the employee is responsible for checking that the equipment is in good condition.
  • If an employee discovers a hardware defect, missing equipment, or damaged parts, he or she must immediately inform Management during box opening and clearly identify the problem.
  • The employee is responsible for inspecting the motorcycle before handing it over for sale.
  • The employee must ensure that work is performed correctly and efficiently without any problems.
  • When assigned welding tasks, the employee will spend the entire day on welding, cutting, or related welding works. If there is no welding work, the employee will be assigned to assembly.
  • The assembly mechanic must open the CKD box under supervisor observation. If the assembly mechanic fails to do so and any parts are missing or damaged, he or she will bear the cost.
  • The assembly mechanic must verify all parts while opening CKD/SKD.
  • Monitor the functioning of all equipment and parts, and report any issues or substandard conditions to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all logbooks are maintained according to SOP (e.g., Battery, PDI stickers, etc.).
  • Clean all CKD parts during assembly, following the established cleaning procedures.
  • Perform final checks and pre-adjustments for any loose fitments — the assembly mechanic is responsible.
  • Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacement, refitting, and adjustment of products as required.
  • Develop preventive maintenance procedures to avoid breakdowns and failures.
  • Develop assembly and PDI checking procedures to ensure quality products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Maintain equipment properly to ensure efficiency.
  • All employees must take care of machinery and equipment to prevent damage or loss during their duties. If an employee is found responsible for damage or loss, either at once or in phases, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
  • Upon completing duties, employees must clean their work area and equipment.
  • Employees are required to ensure proper maintenance and safety of equipment, and to carry out necessary repairs and servicing of work equipment (e.g., pneumatic motorcycle locking equipment, windmill compressors).
  • Each employee is required to assemble or connect four (4) motorcycles in a typical eight (8) hour working day.
  • On a half-day or Saturday (five working hours), the production target will be two (2) motorcycles.
  • Each employee is required to assemble or connect two (2) three-wheelers in a typical eight (8) hour working day.
  • Each employee is required to perform welding or related work on GPS-installed vehicles during a typical eight (8) hour working day.
  • On a half-day or Saturday (five working hours), the production target will be one (1) three-wheeler.
  • On a half-day or Saturday (five working hours), employees will also perform welding or related work as per GPS-installed vehicles.
  • Production targets may be increased with prior notice, either verbally or in writing, before the start of work on the relevant day.
  • Incentives will be provided to the entire assembly conveyor line for exceeding targets.
  • Incentives will also be provided to individual employees who exceed their production targets.
  • If an employee underperforms, strict disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with company policies.
  • If an employee consistently shows poor performance and fails to meet production targets, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with company policies.
  • Employees must adhere to all occupational safety and health procedures.
  • Employees must remain alert to any signs of insecurity or unsafe conditions in the workplace and take appropriate action.
