Job Description

Ensure daily cleaning and routine checks are carried out according to the schedule.
Inform the Reporting Officer immediately in case of any breakdown and rectify faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain machine settings and requirements as per established standards.
Ensure GHK and GMP guidelines are followed according to the machine SOP.
Complete maintenance schedules on time and perform tasks as per the assigned task list.
Maintain safe custody of tools, machine components, and spare parts, and take responsibility for all machine parts during maintenance or idle time.
Adhere strictly to shift reporting times and break schedules.
Do not leave the machine or work area without proper handover; obtain permission from the Reporting Officer before leaving.
Follow instructions provided by the Reporting Officer and Supervisors.
Communicate promptly with the Reporting Supervisor regarding machine consumables.
Ensure proper communication during handover of responsibilities to the next shift.
Take responsibility for troubleshooting during machine breakdowns.
Ensure all machine safety and personnel safety interlocks are in place.
Be familiar with the proper usage of fire extinguishers.
Accept changes in the location or responsibility of the role as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management during the period of employment.
Identify the root cause of electrical faults and implement preventive measures to reduce breakdowns.
Prepare maintenance plans and discuss them with the Reporting Officer.
Understand and execute maintenance schedules under the guidance of Supervisors or Engineers.
Provide timely feedback to the Reporting Officer regarding machine performance, maintenance, and breakdowns.
Report troubleshooting issues immediately to the Supervisor in case of RO breakdowns.
Periodically replace filters and maintain correct pressure ratings.
Maintain daily records of pretreatment filter backwash, rinsing, and servicing.
Ensure appropriate water levels are maintained in the product tank and feed tank.
Verify daily the availability of chemicals in the dosing tank.
