Responsible for water treatment and overall plant operations.
Monitor and make operational adjustments to optimize process efficiency.
Maintain water quality parameters as advised by the Quality Department.
Maintain delta pressure in the Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit.
Oversee sand filter, carbon filter, and RO sanitation processes.
Ensure sufficient water levels are maintained as per production requirements.
Maintain documentation and record chemical consumption.
Perform plant start-ups and shutdowns as required.
Operate and maintain analyzers, effluent transfer pumps, and final water filtration systems.
Monitor gauges and other indicators to ensure all machines are functioning properly.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Continuously review plant operations to monitor production and quality, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for improvement.
