Job Description

Accurately weigh vehicles on the weighbridge, both when loaded and empty, to determine the net weight.
Record and preserve all weighing data in both the weighbridge computer and manual registers.
Ensure the security and safekeeping of the computer system and manual registers within the weighbridge office.
Prevent unauthorized use of the weighbridge office as a rest area, canteen, or for any purpose other than official work.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all weighment records and related data.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the weighbridge office at all times.
Immediately report any malfunction or failure of the weighbridge equipment or computer system to the in-charge.
Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the in-charge from time to time.
