Job Description

  1. Online Banking Operations
    A) Monitor the daily functioning of online banking platforms and ensure timely payments and SWIFT releases.
    B) Coordinate with IT, banks, and vendors for system issues.
    C) Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
  2. Administrative & Coordination Support for Vice President
    A) Follow up on daily tasks for the Vice President.
    B) Prepare Minutes of Meetings with clarity and ensure timely circulation.
    C) Follow up on action items to ensure closure.
  3. Market Engagement & Rate Management
    A) Obtain daily exchange rates and currency updates.
    B) Provide rate comparisons and recommendations.
    C) Maintain market rate records (spot, FWD points, hedging trends).
  4. Loan Plans Update
    A) Update loan plans and schedules in Excel.
    B) Coordinate with the Treasury team for the latest loan data.
  5. Reporting & Documentation Follow-ups
    A) Follow up on reports due to the Vice President.
    B) Ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
  6. Customer Support (As Needed)
    A) Resolve escalated digital banking queries.
    B) Guide internal users on digital banking systems.
