Job Description

Allocation and Reporting:
- Oversee the allocation of all trucks and prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Driver Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with drivers to confirm timely delivery of goods and address any issues they encounter during their journeys (Safari).
Breakdown Reporting:
- Monitor all trucks under breakdown and prepare detailed reports on their status and repair progress.
Movement Tracking:
- Track all moving trucks and compile reports on their activities, including delivery performance and route efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for transportation operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule trucks and coordinate with carriers while maintaining accurate and up-to-date transportation records.
General Assistance:
- Assist in all other transport-related activities as assigned by the Reporting Manager, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
