Monitor and track company route vehicles to ensure sales representatives use the sales application correctly, follow approved routes, and comply with company policies for efficient and transparent sales operations. • Monitor all sales and delivery vehicles in real time using the tracking system and sales application. • Ensure drivers and sales representatives strictly adhere to their assigned routes without deviation or unauthorized changes. • Verify that the sales application is used correctly for order taking, delivery confirmation, and reporting. • Prepare and submit daily and weekly route compliance reports to management. • Identify and report any route deviations, vehicle misuse, or suspicious activities. • Follow up with sales teams to address and correct non-compliance issues. • Assist management in planning and optimizing route efficiency and suggesting improvements. • Train new sales staff on the proper use of the sales application and adherence to compliance standards.
