Job Description

Conduct Audits: Review production processes, systems, and equipment used in beverage making. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety rules, and industry regulations.
Check Compliance: Verify adherence to Tanzania’s regulations (TFDA, OSHA, ISO, etc.). Ensure good manufacturing practices and proper quality control systems.
Quality Control: Inspect raw materials, finished products, and in-process checks. Confirm products meet quality standards and legal requirements.
Suggest Improvements: Identify process gaps. Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, product quality, and reduce waste.
Team Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and quality teams. Support improvements in technical processes and problem-solving.
Risk Assessment: Identify risks in production, quality control, and compliance. Suggest practical ways to minimize them.
Stay Informed: Keep updated on new trends, technology, and regulatory changes in the beverage industry.
Reporting: Prepare clear reports on findings, issues, and improvement areas. Provide simple recommendations for corrective action.
Work Independently: Plan and conduct audits with minimal supervision. Manage multiple tasks, stay detail-oriented, and meet deadlines.
