Job Description

Operate the tapeline machine efficiently to ensure smooth production.
Maintain the machine in optimal working condition to maximize performance.
Operate the machine to achieve maximum output, ensuring high-quality tape with minimal waste.
Set the die lip gap accurately to maintain consistent denier of the tape (within ±50 denier variation).
Monitor and check the denier of Sobin and adjust the die as necessary.
Adjust tape strength (GDP) according to quality control feedback to meet standards.
Modify tape width as required to meet production specifications.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support smooth operations.
