Job Description

Ensure daily production activities are carried out according to schedule and standards.
Monitor machine operations, manpower allocation, and production targets.
Immediately inform the Production Manager in case of breakdowns, deviations, or quality issues.
Supervise shift operations and ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
Ensure timely completion of production plans and adherence to assigned tasks.
Maintain safe custody of production tools, raw materials, and finished goods.
Take responsibility for production line efficiency, quality output, and minimizing idle time.
Enforce strict adherence to shift reporting times and break schedules for all team members.
Ensure proper handover of duties during shift changes.
Guide and instruct operators and technicians to follow production procedures.
Communicate requirements for raw materials, consumables, and packaging materials to the Production Manager.
Ensure timely reporting of production performance, downtime, and quality issues.
Confirm that machine safety systems and worker safety measures are functional.
Be familiar with emergency procedures, including fire extinguisher use and evacuation protocols.
Accept reassignment of duties or location as required by operational needs.
Prepare production plans and submit them to the Production Manager for approval.
Provide regular feedback on production efficiency, performance, and quality.
