Job Description

 

  • Receive and issue items from the store in accordance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Receive fuel, verify quantities, and distribute it to the relevant sections as per established procedures.
  • Provide timely notice of items nearing expiration to enable appropriate action to be taken.
  • Ensure the quality of items corresponds to the costs incurred, in line with company specifications.
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with store operation procedures.
  • Adhere to labor laws, company regulations, and policies regarding cleanliness and safety.
  • Take necessary precautions in areas and locations where they are required.
  • Provide advice and prepare reports on matters concerning the store.
  • Maintain accurate store records and ensure all required reports are prepared on time.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed before approving the release of any item from the store.
  • Verify that all items entering or leaving the store match the quantities stated in the relevant shipping documents.
  • Report any discrepancies, misuse, or irregular consumption of fuel or other items.
  • Work efficiently and complete all tasks within the designated timeframe.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools used in store-related activities.
