Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming materials, products, and supplies. • Regularly check inventory levels and report any shortages to the Store Manager to maintain adequate stock. • Label and store items systematically to ensure easy retrieval and prevent damage. • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch according to orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Coordinate with transport providers for shipment pickup and delivery schedules. • Complete all necessary paperwork for order tracking, receipts, and invoicing. • Update inventory records and perform routine stock counts to maintain an accurate database. • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual stock reports. • Handle inventory discrepancies promptly and report them to the concerned authority. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store/warehouse environment. • Ensure that items are stored securely and safely in accordance with company policies. • Monitor and assist in the maintenance of store equipment and report any required repairs. • Assist internal departments and employees with requests for products or materials. • Respond to inquiries regarding stock availability and location. • Address issues related to damaged or missing inventory with a focus on customer satisfaction.
