Job Description

Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computer-based)
Issue spare parts as per job cards or requests
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Ensure proper labeling and organization of spare parts
Prevent loss or damage of inventory
Daily report to reporting officer of inventory stock.
Order plan update on weekly basis and advising to import
Assist in packing spare parts for delivery
Deliver spare parts to customer and customer's person or bus stand
Load and unload spare parts safely while receiving from India
Obtain delivery acknowledgements when required
