Job Description

Inspect the incoming load of sisal fibers from the drying yard for quality and compliance with specifications.
Conduct quality tests and analyses on the sisal fibers to ensure they meet required standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
Identify and address any issues or defects in the sisal fibers.
Record and maintain accurate documentation of quality control measures and findings.
Communicate with team members regarding quality control issues.
Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions based on quality control findings.
Monitor and track the performance of sisal fibers throughout the production process.
