Job Description

Plan, assign, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing activities to drive productivity and achieve targets.
• Set clear sales targets, marketing KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and marketing performance meetings to track progress and address performance gaps.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members through continuous feedback, on-the-job training, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, dealer activation programs, and promotional activities at the field level.
• Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness, and take corrective actions where required.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies through market research, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking.
• Design, implement, and monitor marketing plans for company products in coordination with media partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with dealer and supplier sales teams to develop focused, high-impact sales strategies across target markets.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing queries related to product specifications, applications, and value propositions.
• Drive cross-selling of Value-Added Product (VAP) solutions to enhance customer value and overall business profitability.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.
• Track, analyze, and monitor sales performance data to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed sales performance and business review reports to management.
• Deliver proactive and responsive customer service, ensuring timely access to accurate product and service information.
• Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and structured follow-up communications to drive closures and customer retention.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including the effective use of warranties, guarantees, and loyalty initiatives.
• Analyze target markets and competitive landscapes to design strategic customer engagement and market penetration plans.
• Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of credit programs, while providing training and coaching to enhance team competency and performance.
