• Ensure that all company assets under your care, including EFD machines, route sales trucks, goods, and other equipment, are properly managed and safely returned to the office upon completion of each route visit.
• Follow designated routes as instructed by the supervisor and provide timely updates regarding any challenges encountered or support required during route sales visits.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure the timely delivery of products.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and consistently achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated timelines.
• Ensure that customers are charged the correct prices as established by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer-wise sales reports, fuel consumption, and all other required operational data.
• Attend daily review meetings upon returning to the office and complete all settlement procedures, including cash deposits. Handle route sales cash with the utmost care and ensure that all collections are deposited with the cashier in accordance with recorded sales.
• Possess a thorough understanding of traffic laws and company regulations while delivering goods to customers, including adherence to proper parking practices and ensuring the roadworthiness and fitness of the truck.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety by practicing defensive driving techniques while delivering goods along assigned routes.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by sourcing potential clients, negotiating with them, and securing purchase orders to expand market coverage.
