Ensure that all company assets handled (EFD machines, route sales truck, goods, etc.) are managed properly and returned safely to the office upon completion of the route visit.
Ensure that designated routes are followed as per the supervisor’s instructions and provide timely updates on any challenges or support needed during the route sales visit.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
Be self-motivated and achieve assigned sales targets within the set timelines.
Ensure customers are charged the correct prices as set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer-wise sales reports, fuel consumption, and other required data.
Attend daily review meetings upon returning to the office and complete all settlement formalities, including cash deposits. Handle route sales cash with utmost care and ensure it is deposited with the cashier in line with recorded sales.
Be well-versed in traffic laws and company regulations while delivering goods to customers, including proper parking and ensuring truck fitness.
Maintain a strong focus on safety and practice defensive driving when delivering goods on assigned routes.
Identify and develop new markets by sourcing and negotiating with new clients when obtaining purchase orders.
