Ensure that all sales routes under supervision have up-to-date route plans.
Maintain accurate and regularly updated customer data.
Ensure that all routes are supplied with the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service outlets daily, in line with the company’s must-stock list.
Ensure that outlets meet the company’s Picture of Success standards.
Conduct a minimum of two market “work-withs” per salesman per month.
Review daily service levels, sales volumes, and wastage performance for each route with the respective salesman, measured against the agreed route plan.
Achieve distribution targets within the assigned area of supervision.
Deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for the supervisory area.
Ensure correct product visibility and display in all outlets as per company standards.
Ensure that salesmen reconcile van stock and cash deposits on a daily basis.
Investigate and control any non-compliance with company standards and policies.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
