Ensure all sales routes under supervision have up-to-date and approved route plans. • Maintain accurate, complete, and regularly updated customer master data. • Ensure each route carries the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service outlets daily, in line with the company must-stock list. • Ensure all outlets consistently meet the company’s Picture of Success standards. • Conduct a minimum of two market “work-withs” per salesman each month to improve performance and capability. • Review daily service levels, sales volumes, and wastage performance by route with each salesman against the agreed route plan. • Achieve distribution and coverage targets within the assigned supervisory area. • Deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for the supervised area. • Ensure correct product visibility, placement, and display in all outlets in accordance with company standards. • Ensure salesmen reconcile van stock and cash deposits accurately on a daily basis. • Investigate, address, and control any non-compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies. • Carry out any other duties related to the role as assigned by management.
