Job Description

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by conducting market research on competitor products.
• Design and implement marketing plans for company products by coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Work with dealer/supplier sales teams to develop effective and targeted sales strategies.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding product specifications and usage.
• Cross-sell value-added product solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive client relationships.
• Track sales data to ensure the company meets its sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports.
• Responsible for the P&L of the business and for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as per the Annual Business Plan.
• Provide proactive customer service, ensuring information is readily accessible and responsive to client needs.
• Consistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market trends and fluctuations.
• Demonstrate products and services, customizing presentations based on client requirements and management directives.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communication with clients.
• Develop customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
• Analyze target markets and competitors to craft strategic engagement plans.
• Conduct field investigations and contribute to the review and approval of commercial credit proposals.
• Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of credit programs, and provide training and coaching to continuously enhance team competency.
