Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitor products and services.
  • Design and implement marketing plans for company products in coordination with media representatives, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with dealers, suppliers, and the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding product specifications, features, benefits, and applications.
  • Promote and cross-sell Value-Added Product (VAP) solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales performance reports to management.
  • Take responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of the business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the Annual Business Plan.
  • Deliver proactive customer service by ensuring information is readily accessible and responsive to client needs.
  • Consistently pursue sales goals by overcoming challenges and adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations, tailoring presentations to meet client requirements and management objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications effectively.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, leveraging warranties, guarantees, and value-added services where applicable.
  • Analyze target markets and competitor activities to develop strategic customer engagement and business growth plans.
  • Conduct field investigations and contribute to the review, assessment, and approval of commercial credit proposals.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs, while providing training and coaching to continuously enhance the competencies of team members.
