Job Description

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by conducting market research on rival products.
Design and implement marketing plans for company products in coordination with media representatives and sponsors.
Collaborate with the dealer/supplier sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Respond to client queries regarding product specifications and uses.
Cross-sell value-added product solutions.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets its sales quotas.
Create and present sales performance reports.
Take responsibility for the P&L of the business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan.
Deliver proactive customer service by ensuring information is accessible and responding promptly to client needs.
Persistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
Demonstrate products and services, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
Formulate customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
Analyze target markets and competitors to craft strategic engagement plans.
Conduct field investigations and contribute to the review and approval process of commercial credit proposals.
Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs, while providing training and coaching to continuously enhance team members’ competencies.
