Job Description

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and conduct market research on competitor products.
Design and implement marketing plans for company products by coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Collaborate with the dealer/supplier sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Respond to client inquiries regarding product specifications and usage.
Cross‑sell value‑added product solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Track sales data to ensure the company meets its sales quotas.
Create and present sales performance reports.
Manage the business’s profit and loss (P&L) and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the Annual Business Plan.
Provide proactive customer service by ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
Persistently pursue sales goals, overcome challenges, and adapt to market fluctuations.
Demonstrate products/services, tailoring presentations to client needs and management directives.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow‑up communications with clients.
Develop customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
Analyze target markets and competitors to craft strategic engagement plans.
Conduct field investigations and contribute to the review and approval of commercial credit proposals.
Participate in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs and policies.
