Job Description

Contributing to the development of marketing strategies, conducting market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products by coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Working with the dealer/ supplier sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Cross sell Value Added Product Solutions.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Responsible for the P&L of the business, achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets as per the Annual Business Plan.
Engage in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
Persistently pursue sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
Demonstrate products/services, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
Formulate customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
Analyse target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
Responsible for the field investigation and contribute to the review and approval process of commercial credit proposals.
Engage in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members.
