Job Description

Sales Growth: Meet sales targets, grow market share, and execute sales plans across product categories.

Business Development: Acquire and manage institutional clients (e.g., hotels, schools, offices), negotiate contracts, and grow long-term partnerships.

Product Expansion: Increase distribution of family pack water and dispenser bottles across retail and institutional channels.

Key Account Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and service quality.

Route to Market: Expand distribution channels and improve market coverage.

Tender Management: Identify and manage tenders, prepare proposals, and ensure successful execution.

Collections: Monitor payments and reduce overdue accounts.

Forecasting & Supply Coordination: Plan sales forecasts and align with supply chain to avoid stock issues.

Market Intelligence: Track competitors, pricing, and customer trends.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and monitor sales team performance.

Reporting & Merchandising: Ensure product visibility and prepare regular performance reports.
