Job Description

Prepare an Asset Development Plan and oversee its execution.
Develop Asset Management processes according to the SOP, which include:

Requisition Form
Approvals and documentation, including contracts and TRA licenses

Conduct an annual audit of assets.
Create a Customer Visit Program to enhance asset productivity.
Monitor and control target achievement by tracking Asset VOP (Volume per Outlet).
Prepare and maintain an Asset Register containing details of all assets (pushcarts, motorbikes/tricycles, promotional items, freezers, ice boxes, and coolers), including:

Serial number
Working status
Last visit/check date
Mechanical/Fundi check date

Develop goals and objectives that promote growth and sustainability.
Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Represent the company at events, conferences, and other engagements.
Supervise employees and provide feedback and guidance to improve efficiency and performance.
Ensure adherence to all legal rules and regulatory guidelines.
Gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
