Ensure that all formalities, in line with company procedures, are completed as per the instructions of the Supervisor/Management Team before commencing the daily route sales visit.
Ensure that all company assets under your responsibility (e.g., EFD machines, route sales truck, goods, etc.) are handled properly and returned safely to the office upon completion of the route visit.
Follow the designated routes as instructed by the Supervisor and provide timely updates regarding any challenges or support required during the route sales visit.
Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure the timely delivery of products.
Demonstrate self-motivation and achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated timelines.
Ensure that customers are charged the correct prices as fixed by the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer-wise sales, fuel consumption, and other required reports.
Attend the daily review meeting upon returning to the office and complete settlement formalities, followed by cash deposit. Handle route sales cash with utmost care and ensure that it is deposited with the cashier in line with the recorded sales.
Be well-versed in traffic laws and company regulations while delivering goods to customers, including compliance with parking rules, vehicle fitness requirements, and other legal obligations.
Drive defensively and maintain a high level of safety awareness while operating the vehicle on assigned routes.
Identify and develop new markets by searching for and negotiating with new clients while obtaining purchase orders.
