Job Description

To handle the retail outlet profit center.
To increase sales by using creative ideas to compete in the market.
To achieve the sales volume as per the target.
To ensure collections are deposited.
To supervise all operations overall.
To liaise with the auditor and accounts team for daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation (e.g., MIS reports).
To oversee fuel stock dipping, ordering, receiving, and offloading.
To follow up and coordinate with government agencies for compliance (e.g., EWURA, OSHA, NEMC, District Municipal, Fire & Safety, WMA, TRA, etc.).
To monitor and handle minor repairs.
To plan daily staff shifts (pump attendants) and monitor attendance.
To perform any other duties assigned by the HOD.
