Job Description

Verify the type and quality of fabric used in PP (Polypropylene) bags.
Ensure that all looms display fabric quality details on the blackboard, including denier, mesh, size, and customer name.
Maintain accurate records of raw material trials for quality control.
Keep a detailed raw material mixing recipe for different fabric qualities.
Record daily quality-related data for analysis and reporting.
Inspect fabric size, tape denier, tape width, strength, and elongation to meet quality standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support quality assurance.
