Job Description

Conduct chemical and physical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Monitor carbonation, pH levels, and Brix to ensure product quality
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Perform shelf-life and stability testing
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Prepare reagents and testing solutions
Document and report test results accurately
Identify and troubleshoot production issues
Support production teams with analytical insights
Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling
Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene standards
Maintain laboratory infrastructure and stock levels
