Job Description

Prepare and submit daily and biweekly work plans based on the available budget and approved tasks.
Closely monitor the engineering department to ensure all production machinery is in proper working condition.
Ensure the fiber-cutting process in the field is carried out effectively to avoid overcutting.
Ensure fibers are arranged accurately at all times.
Monitor the cutting plan to ensure accurate cutting, adherence to cutting cycles, trunk inspections, and timely daily transportation to the drying area.
Inspect all stocks and record them accurately in the stock ledger.
Ensure all production-related ledgers are properly maintained and signed as required.
Oversee the stock of fibers in the drying yard and ensure that all fiber types align with daily reports.
Collaborate with OS companies to ensure smooth operations and achievement of set targets.
Monitor the proper decortication, drying, arrangement, and final brushing processes performed by the OS company.
Ensure no practices occur that could damage machinery in the corona area, during fiber arrangement, or brushing.
Supervise drying yard activities, including timely distribution, lifting of fibers, and maintenance of the drying line.
Investigate and report any shortages in the drying yard as soon as they are discovered.
Ensure meter measurements per ton are taken accurately, with both SP and MeTL present.
Oversee SP activities to ensure all targets are met; any justified reasons for non-compliance must be reported to management.
