Plan syrup and juice production according to the daily production schedule.
Accurately calculate the required syrup volume and raw material quantities.
Raise material requisitions and ensure the timely availability of ingredients.
Prepare simple syrup and ready syrup in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure the proper operation of equipment such as mixing tanks, RJM pumps, filter presses, and UHT systems.
Maintain correct process parameters, including mixing time, temperature, pressure, and Brix levels.
Ensure proper batch allocation, labelling, and coordination with the production and quality teams.
Perform CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) operations effectively, ensuring cleanliness and preventing chemical or flavour carryover.
Monitor juice preparation and UHT processing to maintain product quality and consistency.
Maintain accurate records of production, stock, batch details, and material consumption.
Conduct daily and monthly stock verification and report any discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in the processing area.
Follow all safety procedures while handling chemicals and operating equipment.
Maintain proper shift handovers, effective communication, and accurate documentation of activities.
Promptly report issues, deviations, and operational challenges to the supervisor.
