Ensure CIP (Cleaning in Place): Oversee and ensure the proper cleaning of syrup room equipment.
Monitor Syrup Preparation: Supervise and monitor all activities involved in the syrup preparation process.
Syrup and Material Readiness: Ensure the preparation and availability of final syrup, simple syrup, and required raw materials.
Raw Material Coordination: Coordinate with the raw material store personnel to arrange necessary materials on time.
Maintain GMP Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the process area.
Manpower Handling: Supervise and manage the manpower assigned to the syrup room.
Production Coordination: Coordinate with the production team regarding CIP activities and operational processes.
CIP Record Maintenance: Maintain proper records of all CIP activities.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the Utility, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
