Verify the production plan with the Shift In-charge. • Calculate syrup volumes and material requirements. • Submit material requisitions to the stores by 5 PM daily. • Ensure CIP (Clean-in-Place) activities for syrup tanks are completed. • Prepare simple syrup using sugar, water, and the RJM pump. • Manage the filter press, ensuring each side is used a maximum of four times. • Flush syrup lines to minimize product loss. • Accurately weigh and mix flavours, emulsions, and other ingredients for ready syrup. • Verify brix levels and batch numbers before finalizing the batch. • Obtain production team approval before releasing batches. • Pre-heat solutions before starting CIP operations. • Prevent caustic or flavour carryover in rinse water. • Sanitize all equipment and pipelines after CIP completion. • Prepare juice according to the production plan, ensuring lump-free CMC mixing. • Maintain required homogenization pressure and UHT temperatures. • Conduct water quality tests and adjust processes accordingly. • Operate and maintain RO, PSF, IRF, and ACF systems. • Monitor raw water sources and distribution lines. • Maintain daily registers for syrup and flavour stocks. • Weigh and label all issued containers accurately. • Report any discrepancies in the monthly stock report. • Enforce good housekeeping practices and ensure PPE (aprons and caps) compliance. • Ensure sanitizer availability in all mixing areas. • Record all activities in the shift register. • Escalate issues promptly to the QC Supervisor or QA Manager.
