Job Description

Monitor and control water treatment filtration; ensure correct dosing and preparation of chemical solutions; perform water analysis for filtration; and monitor water levels.
Maintain cartridge replacement schedules and ensure zero breakdowns related to filtration.
Maintain GMP standards, housekeeping, and cleaning and sanitisation of tanks and filters as per the defined frequency.
Monitor and control syrup preparation operations; maintain the stock ledger for water treatment chemicals and concentrates; plan batch preparation according to the production plan; and ensure efficient operations during simple syrup preparation, ready syrup preparation, and juice making.
Ensure proper temperature, pressure, and contact time during dumping, filtration, UHT operations, pasteurisation, and CIP operations.
Maintain FIFO in the dispensing room and ensure proper measurement and identification of concentrates before batch preparation.
Ensure regular housekeeping, CIP, cleaning and sanitation activities, and GMP compliance. Maintain all related records for filtration and preparation. Ensure daily chemical issuance processes and submit IDNs for empty bags and drums.
Monitor daily yield calculations for each batch of sugar dumping. Conduct monthly stock-taking and consumption analysis. Ensure zero breakdowns related to preparation. Ensure chemical mixing follows the correct sequence as per MMI guidelines.
Supervise all process assistants, dumping staff, and filtration operators.
