Job Description

Coordinate Port Transfers: Track and manage the movement of containers from the port to the ICD.
Documentation Management: Ensure all required documentation for container gate-out from the port is accurate and up-to-date.
Container Inspection: Physically check loaded containers to verify proper handling.
Supervision of Port Operations: Oversee port activities and ensure adherence to protocols.
Flexible Work Schedule: Be available for day and night shifts and work on holidays as needed.
Liaison with Port Authorities: Coordinate with TPA I, TPA II, TRA, and other authorities for seamless port operations.
Driver Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents are handed over to drivers before departure.
Port Operations Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that arise during port operations.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of loaded and gated-out containers and cargo.
IT System Operation: Operate the full port IT system for efficient data management.
Invoice and Receipt Coordination: Follow up with the Port Authority for timely invoicing and receipt handling.
