Responsible for safe and timely maintenance of a liquid CO2 (carbon dioxide) plant.
Perform liquid plant startups/shutdowns.
Operate/maintain analyzers, pumps, compressors, and refrigeration equipment.
Fully support, accurately complete, maintain, and instill corporate health, safety, quality, environmental policies/procedures, and relevant documentation at the facility.
Observe gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.
Constantly reviews the plant operation to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems promptly, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc. on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
